IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS

1. As this is a self-service laundromat, customers are advised of the following:
   1. Segregate colour fast items to avoid colour run during washing,
   2. Decide on whether the clothing or items can be wet washed as some materials will shrink or get distorted after washing.
   3. That certain type of materials when washed with hot water, will shrink or colour blend.
   4. Customers are advised to check the washer drum for any stains left by the previous user before loading their own clothes.
   5. Do not wash or dry shoes, floor mats, carpets, pet-related garments/laundry and rubber-like garments.
   6. Remove all metal/hard objects from clothing before loading into the machines as these can tear your laundry.
   7. Do not overload the washers as this may affect the cleanliness of clothes after washing.
   8. Do not overload the dryers as this may result in unsatisfactory drying.
   9. To look after their own clothes while using our machines, This laundromat cannot be held responsible for missing items. Please report any pilferage as soon as possible. We can provide CCTV recording for our customers.
   10. To ensure availability of machines, please remove your clothes immediately once washing and drying is completed.
   11. If clothes are left in  the machines longer than necessary, all subsequent customers have the right to put your clothes into the laundry basket. Your consideration for other customers will be very much appreciated.
2. Laundry baskets and chairs are provided for customers’ use and convenience. It will be considered theft if taken away from the premises.
3. Low suds and neutral scent detergent is provided free with all washing programs. Additional detergent is not necessary as this could lead to residual soap remaining on the clothes after rinsing and spinning cycle.
4. THE WASHING SALOON shall bear no responsibilities and liabilities for any injuries, damages or losses through the usage of our facility and equipments.
